In 2017 we began to build a new house near the dune of Erg Chebbi. It’s purpose was to be an Amazigh cultural centre.
The progress stalled in 2018 following the death of Youssef.
In 2020 I started to build again to try and finish the project and breathe some life into it.
It’s been a long road.
But now it is done. It has changed its purpose and is now available to artists and travellers for long term stays for up to three months so they can truly immerse themselves in the desert life and Amazigh culture.
